An innovative, fun and dynamic lifestyle program designed to engage school aged children around Australia. Its dual aims of promoting an ongoing healthy lifestyle for our kids through education as well as raising funds for sick kids makes it unique in Australia.

  Lifestyle Program was developed as an annual fundraising campaign in NSW and is now embraced by most Specialist Children's Hospitals around Australia. While this program generally targets children through the school network,   Lifestyle Program is just as accessible for families, friends, work mates and companies outside the school system.

It's only $4 per person to register - you'll not only receive a great health and fitness program you'll also be raising funds for your Specialist Children's Hospital in NSW, QLD, VIC, WA and TAS. No matter what state you are from, your registration fee goes directly to the participating hospital in your state.

  Lifestyle Program wants to help Australia's children and families enjoy a high level of good health by actions and activities which promote healthy lifestyles.

This program contributes to that aim by providing information, skills and knowledge to achieve a healthy lifestyle through healthy eating habits and an active lifestyle which is not just sport focussed.

Through these everyday measures gives children and families the best chance of staying healthy.
